2D Layout (101 Dalmatians inspired)

2D Layout inspired by "101 Dalmatians" for a class assignment (though, instead of London, we had to create a "101 Dalmatians" in Paris). We had to create a background (in different layers) with the camera movement and the basic positions for the characters.
